Height measurement method of monostatic metre wave multiple input multiple output radar based on coprime array

The height measurement algorithm of metre wave multiple input output (MIMO) radar based on uniform linear array (ULA) has some problems, such as a sharp decline angle accuracy ultra-low altitude targets and large fluctuation with the change elevation. In order to solve above difficult starting from perspective reducing influence multipath effect by structure, coprime (CPA) is applied monostatic MIMO radar. this paper, signal model CPA established under condition flat ground, method using physical proposed derivation that it infeasible use virtual for measurement, fills gap low elevation estimation sparse calculates echo data according characteristics steering vector CPA, then obtains accurate generalised classification algorithm, finally target obtained geometric relationship. Simulation experiments compare three typical CPAs ULA equal elements, verify superiority performance effectiveness method.
